Centrifuge and decanter gearboxes form the drive-side heart of modern separation systems. For over 60 years, DESCH has been manufacturing two-stage and multi-stage planetary gearboxes with plain bearings that have been specially developed for the separation of a wide variety of materials.
Our gearboxes enable rotor speeds of up to 5,000 rpm thanks to a dynamic balancing process. They guarantee precise and efficient separation and offer maximum reliability even under demanding conditions.
With a torque range of 8,000 Nm to 120,000 Nm and a transmission ratio range of -187 to +237, our centrifugal gearboxes can be used flexibly for a wide variety of applications.
