Optimized coupling solutions for extruders and mixing systems in the plastics industry
DESCH Planox® friction clutches, combined with flexible couplings, provide reliable protection for the shafts in the drive train of extruders. This configuration allows the torque to be directly influenced by adjusting the air pressure. The air supply is axial as standard, but can be made radial if required.
For the rubber and plastics industry, we also develop planetary and helical gearboxes that are specially designed for mixers and rubber mixers. Our solutions offer maximum efficiency and adaptability for demanding production environments.
