Working Student – Production Planning & Data Management (m/f/d)

In this role, you will support the structured recording and organization of individual components and complete toolsets. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating our digital tool database, validating data entries, and defining optimal storage locations. In close collaboration with purchasing, production, and quality departments, you will also contribute to the ongoing improvement of our tool management processes.

You are currently pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production technology, or a similar field? Your tasks:

Recording and structuring individual components and complete toolsets
Creating, updating, and maintaining the digital tool database
Transferring and validating recorded data in our database software
Defining and labeling optimal storage and placement locations
Coordinating with relevant departments (Purchasing, Production, Quality Assurance)
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our tool management processes

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a degree program in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production technology, or a comparable field
Confident in using MS Office, especially Excel
Interest in technical details and managing tools and equipment
