CNC Tooth Flank Grinder (m/f/d)

As a CNC Tooth Flank Grinder (m/f/d) at Nidec DESCH, you will take on challenging tasks in individual and series production on CNC profile grinding machines. Your activities will include tooth flank grinding, internal and external cylindrical grinding and surface grinding. You will set up the machines, program and optimize work processes and measure components independently on measuring machines to ensure maximum precision.

Your tasks:

Production of single and series parts on CNC profile grinding machines.
Grinding gear flanks, internal and external cylindrical grinding, grinding outer diameters and bores, as well as surface grinding.
Setting up, manufacturing, and inspecting components according to specifications.
Independently programming the machines.
Running in components and optimising workflows.
Setting up and tooling the machines.
Measuring components using a measuring machine.

Requirements:

Have completed vocational training as a Cutting Machine Operator (m/f/d) or in a similar profession.
Ideally, have at least five years of professional experience.
Have at least basic knowledge of Höfler and Pfauter controls.
Possess experience in gear flank grinding.
Be proficient in using measuring instruments for inspecting gears.
