As a CNC Cutting Machine Operator (m/f/d) specializing in turning technology at Nidec DESCH, you will be responsible for setting up and operating modern CNC turning machines. Your tasks will include programming and setting up with Siemens controls as well as planning and carrying out machining processes, including test runs. You will monitor and optimize the manufacturing processes and carry out quality assurance measures during production.

Your tasks:

Setting up and operating CNC-controlled turning machines.
Programming and setting up modern CNC turning machines with Siemens controls.
Planning and executing the setup and machining process on the machines, including test runs.
Monitoring and optimising manufacturing processes.
Conducting in-process quality inspections.

Requirements:

Have completed vocational training as a Cutting Machine Operator (m/f/d) specialising in turning technology.
Possess several years of experience working with CNC-controlled turning machines (preferably Siemens or Philips controls).
Have a good understanding of technical drawings.
