DESCH Denox® BASE- and FLEX-Line: Inline main spindle drives for machine tools
As an inline drive solution, our Denox® motor-gearbox units offer high power density for direct RAM installation. The 1-stage Denox HSE and 2-stage Denox® HS planetary gearboxes are available with powerful motors and can be customised to meet performance and design requirements. Media feeds for shifting, lubrication and cooling lubricant are integrated into the housing so that the installation geometry adapts positively to the defined RAM contour.
The modular expansion comprises two lines: Denox® BASE-Line:
- Standardised unit with high availability, fast delivery times at series price level.
- Denox® FLEX-Line: Customised inline drive solution with numerous technical options for maximum flexibility.
Both lines guarantee the high DESCH quality promise. Thanks to their modular structure, both lines can be easily integrated into existing machine concepts.
