Nidec DESCH manufactures crankshafts with the highest precision and quality, meeting a wide range of application requirements. With batch sizes starting from 1, we provide customised solutions tailored precisely to your needs.
Our crankshafts achieve a machining length of up to 2,500 mm, depending on the design. The stroke radius is approximately 170 mm, depending on the stroke length and the diameter of the crank pin.
Produced on state-of-the-art machines such as the NILES N40 MC - 3000 or the WFL M 120 Millturn, we achieve turning diameters of up to 920 mm (circumference) and 820 mm (over slide). With steady rest ranges from 75 to 401 mm and 200 to 601 mm, we ensure exceptional precision.
