Global market and technology leaders of extruders use a combination of DESCH Planox® - friction clutches

A combination of DESCH Planox® - friction clutches with a flexible DESCH coupling is used to protect the shafts in the drive train. With this combination, the torque is directly influenced by the variation of the air pressure. The air supply is axial, but can also be radial on request.  The special feature of the DESCH clutch is that it is ground to a defined pressure / torque curve at the factory. For the rubber and plastics industry, we develop and manufacture planetary and spur gears for mixers and rubber mixers.
